Thaw completely before heating.

To heat in microwave: Microwave for 1 minute.

Add the fresh shepherd's veggies mix and yogurt into the low-carb pita bread/beef gyro (assemble like a taco) after heating.

Remove from container and lay pita bread/beef gyro flat for heating.
