This 10 chef-prepared gourmet keto / low carb meals menu is ideal for 5 days Intermittent Fasting week this Fall.

 

  • All meals are prepared fresh from scratch to order using best quality ingredients which are strictly non-GMO and FREE of sugar, gluten, soy, hormones and antibiotics.

  • The healing herbs and spices used in our recipes are all natural and organic.

  • All meals are anti-inflammatory and loaded with Omega-3s, pre-biotic and pro-biotic ingredients.

  • Each meal is portioned and packed separately in its own to-go box.

  • The refrigeration instructions for each meal is listed below.

  • The heating instructions for each meal is listed below.

  • While most meals are recommended to be consumed fresh, some meals may be frozen for later consumption. Freezable meals are marked clearly below.

  • A complete intermittent fasting protocol is available on our website for reference.

Eggs, bell peppers, no hormones-no antibiotics Canadian ham, Jack cheese, cream cheese, no hormones-no antibiotics ground pork, fresh herbs,  spices, almond flour, cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, Monk fruit sweetener, baking powder 

 

 

Thaw completely before heating.

To heat: Microwave in container for 2 minutes.

Remove from container in order to heat in oven.

Heat in toaster oven at 350 for 4 minutes.

Heat in preheated conventional oven at 350 for 5 minutes.
