This 10 chef-prepared gourmet keto / low carb meals menu is ideal for 5 days Intermittent Fasting week this Spring.
All meals are prepared fresh from scratch to order using best quality ingredients which are strictly non-GMO and FREE of sugar, gluten, soy, hormones and antibiotics.
The healing herbs and spices used in our recipes are all natural and organic.
All meals are anti-inflammatory and loaded with Omega-3s, pre-biotic and pro-biotic ingredients.
Each meal is portioned and packed separately in its own to-go box.

To heat: Thaw completely.
Heat bun and pulled pork separately.

Thaw completely before heating.
To heat in microwave: Microwave in container for 90-120 seconds.
To heat in oven remove from container!
Heat in toaster oven at 400 for 5-7 minutes.
Heat in preheated conventional oven at 400 for 6-8 minutes.
