Atlantic wild-caught salmon, cream cheese, gelatine, chives, lemon, dill weed, low carb bagel (alternatively gluten-free keto cheese biscuits), lettuce, avocado oil, egg, avocados, cherry tomatoes, green onion.
Toast bagel on medium.
DO NOT over toast; it will become too dry.

To heat: Thaw completely.

Heat in toaster oven at 400 for 4-5 minutes.
Heat in preheated conventional oven at 400 for 5-7 minutes.
