This 6 chef-prepared gourmet keto / low carb meals menu is ideal for One Meal A Day (OMAD) diet week this winter.
All meals are prepared fresh from scratch to order using best quality ingredients which are strictly non-GMO and FREE of sugar, gluten, soy, hormones and antibiotics.
The healing herbs and spices used in our recipes are all natural and organic.
All meals are anti-inflammatory and loaded with Omega-3s, pre-biotic and pro-biotic ingredients.
Each meal is portioned and packed separately in its own to-go box.

Atlantic wild-caught salmon, cream cheese, gelatine, chives, lemon, dill weed, low carb bagel (alternatively gluten-free keto cheese biscuits), lettuce, avocado oil, egg, avocados, cherry tomatoes, green onion.
Toast bagel on medium.

To heat: Thaw completely.
