This 6 chef-prepared gourmet keto / low carb meals menu is ideal for One Meal A Day (OMAD) diet week this winter.

No hormones-no antibiotics chicken thigh, shepherd salad, low-carb pita bread, almond hummus, tzatziki, turmeric, Himalayan pink salt, black pepper, garlic, herbs and spices

Thaw chicken kabobs completely before heating.

To heat in microwave: Microwave in container for 1.5 minutes.

To heat in oven remove from container:

Heat in toaster oven at 400 for 3-4 minutes.

Heat in preheated conventional oven at 400 for 5-7 minutes.
