This 6 chef-prepared gourmet keto / low carb meals menu is ideal for One Meal A Day (OMAD) diet week this winter.

Ingredients: 

No hormones-no antibiotics lamb, no hormones-no antibiotics grass-fed beef (Gyro style spiced and finely sliced), fresh herbs, red onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, low carb pita bread, double strained Greek yogurt, Giardineria

Add the fresh shepherd's veggies mix and yogurt into the pita bread/lamb-beef gyro (assemble like a taco) after heating.

Remove from container and lay pita bread/lamb-beef gyro flat for heating.

To heat in microwave: Microwave for 1.5 minutes.

Heat in toaster oven at 400 F for 3 minutes.

Heat in preheated conventional oven at 400 for 5 minutes.
