Each week's menu consists of two servings of five COMFORT KETOVORE meals (10 meals).

Total carb count per day is "10+/-1" carbs.

 

  • All meals are prepared fresh from scratch to order using best quality ingredients which are strictly non-GMO and FREE of sugar, gluten, soy, hormones and antibiotics.

  • A limited amount of healing herbs and spices used in our COMFORT KETOVORE recipes are all natural and organic.

  • All COMFORT KETOVORE meals are anti-inflammatory, prime cuts of grass-fed beef, free-range chicken and eggs and wild caught seafood, are loaded with Omega-3s.

  • Each COMFORT KETOVORE meal is portioned and packed separately in its own to-go box.

  • The heating instructions for each meal is listed below.

  • While most meals are recommended to be consumed fresh, all COMFORT KETOVORE meals may be frozen for later consumption.

  • All COMFORT KETOVORE  meals are freezable.
