Our Spring "Menu 7" is shining bright again with our fan favorite Surf-n-Turf special! Chef Janine pairs our grass fed 4oz ribeye steak cooked to perfection with shrimps and asparagus with Hollandaise sauce. Perfect amount of proteins to keep you in ketosis. You're going to love it!
My steak meal is not the only highlight of our second spring menu. This week, I will be serving my new lemon curd with "Kiwi Chia Power Bowl." I prepare this delicacy with double strained whole Greek yogurt, heavy cream, chia seeds, lemon juice, cage free eggs, monk fruit sweetener, kiwi fruit, cacao nibs, blueberries and almonds.
In observance of the Lent, I have a delicious salmon mousse served with a keto bagel (alternatively with gluten free cheese biscuit) and an avocado side salad. This delicacy is prepared with Atlantic wild-caught salmon, cream cheese, gelatine, chives, lemon, dill weed, lettuce, avocado oil, cage free eggs, avocados, cherry tomatoes, green onion.
