What Is And Is Not Keto?
Weight loss is a welcome by-product of a ketogenic lifestyle. Yet, weight loss is not the primary purpose of keto!

Here are our top three priorities:
First goal:
Eliminating everything out of one's diet which causes inflammation in the body (sugar, carby stuff, food coloring, ....).
Second goal:
Detoxing the body at cellular level, meaning removing of everything artificial which may have been stored as viscaral fat in the body (seed oils, margarine, hormones, ...).
Third goal:
Providing natural, untainted foods with high nutrition value to the body so that the body can self-heal itself (pre and pro biotics, micro nutrients, Omega3s, good fats, ...).
