Chef Janine is bringing to you the gourmet keto variation of this popular ham and cheese sandwich which originated in Florida cafes, in particular in Miami and Tampa, catering to Cuban exiles and expatriates of the immigrant communities. In 2012 the city of Tampa, Florida even designated the "Cuban Sandwich" as the "signature sandwich of the city of Tampa."
Chef Janine assembles her perfectly ketogenic version of this delicious sandwich mastered with a great combination of hormone- and anti-biotic free Black Forest ham, Mozarella cheese, real Swiss cheese, deli pickles, and Dijon mustard on her house baked totally ketogenic Cuban bread with poppy seeds. A Cuban style coleslaw completes the combination. All you need on the side is an ice cold low carb beer.
We assure you that you won't find this perfectly ketogenic version of the Cuban sandwich, also lovingly known as a Cubano, anywhere else but only at COMFORT KETO.
