Metabolic Health • Cooking Demo • Tasting
The Keto Workshop Series is a structured, beginner-friendly metabolic health program designed to provide practical, real-world guidance on nutrition and ketogenic meal preparation. This multi-session experience combines short educational lectures, live cooking demonstrations, and guided tastings to help participants understand not only what to eat, but why it works.
The program is ideal for community groups, churches, organizations, private groups and wellness-focused gatherings seeking an engaging and educational introduction to metabolic health.
Program Overview
This workshop series is delivered as a three-part experience, with each session building upon the previous one. The content is designed to be approachable for beginners while still offering valuable insights for those already familiar with ketogenic principles.
Each session includes:
A simple, practical look at how to eat for better health
A live cooking demonstration highlighting practical, flavorful ketogenic meals that can be easily recreated at home
Enjoying the food together straight from the demonstration
Open discussion and Q&A with Chef Janine

When appropriate, sessions may also include a light body-stewardship message aligned with faith-based settings.

This stage focuses on how to structure meals, understand timing, and use fats effectively as a primary energy source.
