Another Healing High Omega-3 Lunch by Chef Janine

Herring habanero crepes, grilled ahi tuna, boiled eggs with wasabi cream (made with homemade avocado oil mayo), a halved avocado and an Asian side salad with arugula, celery, a tap of grated carrot, and cucumber.

Then all this wonderful combination of healthy nutrition is drizzled with sweet and tangy sesame dressing made with MCT and sesame oils, rice vinegar, ginger, coconut aminos, and stevia.

This phenomenally nutritious and refreshingly light creation will be featured in our Summer 2021 prepared keto meals menu. Stay tuned.
