🧍 Starting Position


  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

  • Gently bend your knees, adopting a relaxed posture—imagine preparing for a golf swing.

  • Let your arms hang naturally by your sides.



🔄 Swing Motion


  • Swing your hips, torso, and arms gently from side to side in a smooth, flowing motion.

  • As you swing to one side, shift about 90% of your weight onto the leading foot.

  • Without stopping, transition fluidly to the opposite side, shifting your weight accordingly.

  • Keep your shoulders and neck relaxed—this movement should feel natural and effortless.
