Our Culinary Keto World Tour Continues in the Week of October 4th

In the week of October 4th (next week), we will start our American culinary tour with three super popular classics:


It is avocado season. And that's a reason to celebrate with our Texas style bacon and sausage wrapped Avocado Bomb stuffed with Cheddar cheese and mild jalapenos.

Our other classic American Fall menu item is the Louisiana style scrambled eggs with keto biscuits slathered with sausage gravy and finished with Louisiana hot sauce. This super combo will for sure satisfy everyone's southern comfort craving! We will also serve our California inspired signature ketogenic BERRY GOOD CHIA POWER BOWL. Not only will this sugar free power bowl satisfy your sweet cravings, but it will also give you a boost of vitamins, minerals and healthy fats to help keep off illness!

Our exotic culinary keto stop over next week will be in South America, namely Peru. We will serve our ketogenic interpretation of Pollo A La Brasa, an extremely popular Peruvian dish served with a slightly spicy aji dressing; a unique cilantro and garlic delicacy. You will love it.


Next week, our culinary keto stop over in Europe will be Italy for a great chopped Italian salad. We will serve this salad loaded with an Italian original from San Francisco, the Italian (Genoa) dry salami. Our own creamy house dressing will surely leave you mystified as your taste buds will identify Dijon mustard, vinegar, and avocado mayo.


Autumn has finally arrived, and you know what that means: Oktoberfest! The next four weeks in October, we will get into the old Oktoberfest spirit at home. Each week, our menu will include one or more classical German keto meals and a chilled bottle of complimentary Michelob Ultra, on us with your order.

Lastly, in celebration of the Octoberfest, next week, we will serve Bavarian-inspired hunter schnitzel. As the Germans would say, PROST (or cheers)!


As usual, we accept orders online until Friday midnight for next Monday pick/up and delivery. Please order at https://www.myketopal.com/10-weekly-meals-fall-menu-4 Curbside pick up in San Jacinto is Monday mornings or late evenings. Monday afternoons we deliver to Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Perris, Banning and other cities within 30 miles of San Jacinto. We deliver to Idyllwild on Tuesday mornings. Bon appetite!
