When faced with the reality of cancer, many people feel overwhelmed, fearful, and powerless. But I believe that we are never powerless when it comes to how we care for our bodies. By transforming the body into an environment that is hostile to cancer yet supportive of healing, we can reclaim a measure of control over our health journey. Over time while combatting my stage III ovarian cancer since a decade ago, I’ve gathered strategies that integrate nutrition, detoxification, immunity, and lifestyle practices to support the body’s innate ability to fight disease.

Cancer thrives in inflammation, toxicity, and metabolic imbalance. The first step is to create the opposite environment—one where the body is cleansed, nourished, and strengthened.
